Happy New Year

The new year is here and the temperature is way to cold! I'm spending way to much time wrapped up in a fuzzy blanket. We have been so blessed this holiday season. We had the family over on Christmas Eve and were planning to go to Kay Lynne's for Christmas Day but the road to their house was CLOSED and so everyone came to our place again. At least Kay Lynne's family was able to get out and join us. Matt and Erika got stuck on their way to our house and Kendall rescued them (after getting stuck himself). We exchanged gifts and ate way to much good food, as usual. Chris had his annual birthday BASH (literally), ordering the Ultimate Fight Championships on PPV. Who knew grown men could enjoy watching their own kind beat the stuffing out of each other with so much screaming???? The new year brought an outing to Kay Lynnes for an evening of food, mafia, and Rock Band fever! I sang the only song that looked remotely familiar ( only because it was a remake of an old song). They need to make a 60's 70's 80's version. Today (Sunday) was a welcome relief, we only had Church and an ordination (Look out girl's Keegan's sweet 16). We look forward to warmer weather and lots more family get togethers in 2009. Chris has also been hunting alittle for coyotes and rabbits, and lucky for them he hasn't been to successful. I almost forgot one more thing, Race Dawg turned 1 last week and is running as fast as those little short legs will go. He is the best natured little boy ever, even if he dosen't feel well. And he loves to tease his 4 year old sissy. Hopefully soon I'll figure out how to post from my camera.
